A unique tracking number will be assigned to each order through our courier companies. We provide estimated delivery times. In the event of delays caused by the courier service, SAM N. MAN Customer Service will assist with tracking the order, but will not be held responsible.

SAM N. MAN will deliver products within the following hours, according to our business schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. No shipments will be made on weekends or holidays. All orders will be processed before 3:00 p.m. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following day. *Any additional customs charges will be borne by the customer.

*Discounts available on the website are not cumulative. The discount applied to certain products during sale periods cannot be combined with other discounts available on the website.
*Products belonging to OUTLET/STOCK SALE (see OUTLET/STOCK SALE tag) are non-refundable, and exchanges or returns are not permitted.

Once you receive your order, you have 15 days from the time the order was placed to request an exchange or refund.
