When will I receive my SAM NEWMAN package?

We ship via TIPSA for orders within Spain, Portugal and some parts of Europe, and via UPS for orders within Europe and the rest of the world .

24-48 hours in Spain and Portugal.

3-5 business days in the European Community, USA and the rest of the world.

All our shipments are processed urgently, so you will receive your order at the shipping address you provided when making your purchase.

We recommend using an address where someone can receive the package in person during business hours. Also, please remember to leave your phone number, as the company will call you to arrange a second delivery if no one is home at the time of delivery.

SAM NEWMAN CLOTHING is not responsible for customs costs. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla will be subject to import duties and fees.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

How and when to exchange a size or return a product?

The first size exchange is free in Spain . In the rest of Europe, shipping costs for exchanges will be the same as for returns.

To request a size exchange or return, please email:

info@samnewmanclothing.com within 15 business days of receiving the product, with the following information:

  1. a) Reason for return. Do you want a refund or a size exchange?
  2. b) Collection address.
  3. c) A minimum interval of 4 hours where there will be someone at the destination address to deliver the garment.
  4. d) A contact telephone number to coordinate the collection with the carrier.

Following this, SAM NEWMAN CLOTHING will confirm the date and time slot in which a courier sent by SAM NEWMAN CLOTHING will come to the address to make the delivery/collection, in case of a size change, or the collection, in case of a return.

Products must be returned in their original condition, not necessarily with the same presentation; we are satisfied as long as the condition of the garments and/or items is the same as when they were sent and has not suffered any deterioration.

For size exchanges, you must hand over your garments to the courier when you receive the correct size.

Outlet products are non-refundable, only exchangeable.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A credit note will be issued reflecting the return shipping costs once the merchandise is received at our warehouse and its condition is confirmed. Returns sent collect will not be accepted.

For Returns Rest of the World

For returns to the rest of the world, please send the package to our facilities using any courier service of your choice. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Therefore, we recommend using a service with tracking. We recommend returning the item in its original packaging.

2. Send the package at your expense to the following address:

To receive a refund, returned items must be unworn and still have the original brand tags attached. If you cancel or return one or more items, you will be refunded. Once we have inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund. You will receive an email confirming that your return has been processed. Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be issued automatically using the same payment method you used for your original purchase. Refunds will appear in your bank account within 3 to 5 business days of processing, or 1 business day for PayPal orders.
