A unique tracking number will be assigned to each order through our courier companies. We provide estimated delivery times. In the event of delays caused by the courier service, SAM N. MAN Customer Service will assist with tracking the order, but will not be held responsible.

SAM N. MAN will deliver products within the following hours, according to our business schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. No shipments will be made on weekends or holidays. All orders will be processed before 3:00 p.m. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following day. *Discounts available on the website cannot be combined. Discounts applied to certain products during sale periods cannot be combined with other discounts available on the website.
*Products belonging to OUTLET (see OUTLET label) are non-refundable.

Once you receive your order, you have 15 days from the date it was placed to request an exchange or refund.
