A unique tracking number will be assigned to each order through our courier companies. We provide estimated delivery times. In the event of delays caused by the courier service, SAM N. MAN Customer Service will assist with tracking the order, but will not be held responsible.
SAM N. MAN will deliver products within the following hours, according to our business schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. No shipments will be made on weekends or holidays. All orders will be processed before 3:00 p.m. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following day.
