A unique tracking number will be assigned to each order through our courier companies. We offer estimated delivery times. In case of delays caused by the courier service, SAM N. MAN customer service will assist in tracking the order but will not be held responsible.
SAM N. MAN will proceed with product delivery within the following schedule, according to our working hours: Monday to Friday from 10:30 to 18:30. No shipments will be made on weekends or holidays. All orders will be processed before 3 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following day.
